Les Trois Chevaux is owned and operated by acclaimed chef, restaurateur and author, Angie Mar. A culmination of Chef Mar’s French training and Chinese heritage, her nine course Chef’s Tasting Menu changes daily and is dedicated to all things from the air and sea, using the finest quality ingredients available. Guests are also invited to enjoy our A La Carte menu. One of the most anticipated openings of 2021, Les Trois Chevaux was quickly named one of Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in America, as well as Conde Nast Traveller’s Best New Restaurants list the same year. The Robb Report named Les Trois Chevaux to their Best New Restaurants in America in 2022, and the restaurant has also been recognized by Forbes Travel.
