Bienvenidos a Nuevo Mexico... Located in the heart of South Slope Brooklyn, Nuevo Mexico has become a niche restaurant for brooklyner’s craving a bite of Puebla, México. The restaurant opened its doors in 1991 by a couple migrating from Puebla, Mexico. Originally named “Tacos Nuevo Mexico” and then changed to “Nuevo Mexico” in 2008 after renovations. It started off as a little Mexican joint selling tacos, tortas & burritos throughout the years. The atmosphere at Nuevo Mexico is casual, cozy and family friendly. We welcome you to our home and are happy to cater to everyone.
