I don’t know how these ratings so high but to each is own . I ordered a Sam’s cheesesteak and omg I would’ve thought it came from a gas station. The cheese tasted super fake like chip cheese and the steak was just wet and watery tasting , I tasted no type of seasoning . I ordered the hoagie and the onion rings and it was 18$ that’s insane! If I walked out the door only paying like 11.99 or something that’s reasonable . The price gave off like it was suppose to be good. I give 2 star instead of one because the onion rings were good. I was sooooo dissapointed lol especially in the steak ! The steak alone just taste like fake meat or frozen hoagie meat from Kroger or something .

I usually do not leave average reviews but the cost of the food does not match the quality I would expect. I had the Sam’s cheese steak. I figured since the business is built around “famous cheese steaks” it would be a step above. I could be wrong but pretty sure the meat is from a frozen Philly meat hockey puck not sliced fresh meat. The cheese seemed to be a cheese spread from a dispenser since it never got hard after cooling. Portion was good but as mentioned the price does not warrant the ingredient used. My suggestion would be this, use real cheese slices, do not dice your peppers, onions, and mushrooms. There flavor get lost in the meat. If you go with larger vegetables you can cut back on the meat. Only a suggestion. If I am wrong about the ingredients let me know

First time having a hoagie and it was by far the best I have ever had. The staff here is super friendly and the atmosphere is fun and relaxing. Good music great food. Definitely will be back next time we come here again. We have nothing like this place back home in Traverse City.
