Ledo Pizza

Pizza was uncooked - ordered online for Ledo's pizza Ashburn, VA. Drive 15 min home to find the pizza tasted odd and looked odd. Either attempted to be made a few days before and then uncooked or unknown just weird tasting. I called and spoke to the manager who seemed to careless. He then said ok sorry about that and hung up. Called back & said I wasn't looking for a refund but now I'm requesting one since you don't care and aren't taking it seriously that I paid $25 for a cheese pizza that isn't cooked right. Said he'd process a refund, 3 days later no refund & I called back & he said just wait a few days the refund, 5 days later no refund & called back still nothing. We won't go back to the Ashburn location!! Gross & no customer service. Don't recommend the manager either.

We ordered calzones on $6 calzone Tuesday. You get what you pay for, and the calzones are premade so you can’t make any modifications or substitutions to it.

The square shaped pizzas are thin crust and in my opinion the best pizza in this area. This pizza style is for thin crust lovers so keep that in mind if it’s your first time.

Great service, fast and fresh. Salads can be a bit better. Lasagna is delicious.

We come here regularly to dine in, and we love it. We've gotten to know the owners and they're always very friendly and personable. The food is excellent--if you've grown up with Ledo's, it's always a real taste of childhood.

The pizza is still good after all these years. The manager was very nice and was very attentive
