The milk teas weren't good and neither was their customer service.

Super kind staff along with fast and efficient service. Tons of options to choose from on the menu and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

i had accidentally dropped my boba and they replaced it for me no problem! Always kind and very friendly and make excellent boba, cooked perfect :) i will always get my boba here and recommend it to all boba enjoyers <3

Nice spot and staff but the Taro Milk Tea was awful. Taste was meh but the texture was HORRIBLE. Super gritty and generally just unpleasant. I'm an avid bubble tea drinker and this was probably the worst I've ever had.

Today I ordered hot tea to go. And I came home with a lot of trouble. Because the paper cup was defective and leaked terribly. As a result, the cup space in the car is filled with tea, and after I picked it up, hot tea poured all my dresses and the interior of the car. So I am very upset about this tea ceremony. But, was good.

The tea was awesome, the one they made in house and the one I bought to make at home. But I didn't like the macaroons, the quality of those is poor and not the same as in NY, even though the plastic bag says that they are from NY. They either should improve that or get rid of them to receive 5 stars.

Hands down my favorite boba tea place in all of NWA - I go here at least once a week! Go check it out, they won't disappoint!
