Le Springo Tasting Room

Le Springo is a great Tap Room with a variety of craft beer brewed themselves. They do have some other drinks if beer isn't your thing, but you should try it. Francesca runs the bar and is very friendly. She has a range of bar snacks and food available too. Really good value for money and supporting a local business, what could be better? We have been twice and will be going back before we leave.

Fantastica birreria artigianale, tanta scelta e soprattutto prodotti equilibrati. Anche il cibo come accompagnamento è perfetto, ottima qualità e prezzi onesti. Locale tranquillo dove chiacchierare senza fretta

Trovare questi locali é sempre una fortuna: birre speciali, spiegate bene e con competenza. Il cibo é sempre particolare, come la pizza preparata con i loro lieviti. Atmosfera rilassata e rilassante. Accogliente e con un ottimo servizio. Dulcis in fundo: ottimi prezzi. Consiglio: se alla spina hanno una birra acida, Lambic o con lieviti "selvaggi", provatela assolutamente.

Birreria piccola, molto intima, personale gentile che sa consigliare. Birre molto buone 😀

Meravigliosa esperienza, se si viene a Cagliari non si può non fare un salto da loro. Un grazie particolare a Francesca che ci ha super coccolati facendoci sentire a casa e consigliandoci al meglio nella scelta della birra. Alessandra e Stefano da Alghero

Small interesting space with exceptional staff and some good beers. I believe the beer is brewed elsewhere and brought here closer in to town. Staff were very pleasant and informative. Tried a couple beers, both were excellent. Not far off the pedestrian route and well worth the slight detour off the path. Will return before I leave town
