I called in an order and my parents were picking it up since our entire house is sick. My parents dropped it off to us and our Belgian waffle was missing. The girl repeated the order back to me, so I know it was ordered. I called Lepeep and they had me talk to a manager. The manager said we can come back and get it or we can get a $10 credit for next time. I told her my parents would come back and get it. The manager, while she was upbeat and happy, there was absolutely no apology for the mistake. In fact, she almost sounded condescending. My parents got there to get the waffle and they didn't even acknowledge my mom standing there. They just handed her the waffle and said, "here you go" Absolutely no customer service, will not return.
I came in just for coffee. Service was good as well the atmosphere. But, if you order anything else that's not on the menu they may not know how to make it. I was getting a flat white for someone and they didn't know what it was. They tried but the coffees were just okay especially for the price. It was much more expensive than I thought. They do have a great coffee menu so if I come back for food I will just stick to the menu.
It was fantastic! The food, the service. It was all top quality. I will keep coming here every chance I can get. Vegetarian options: I eat mostly vegetarian. They have it or can make it. Kid-friendliness: Tons of kids there. Seemed very kid friendly to me. Wheelchair accessibility: It is all flat. While the tables and chairs are very close together, they can be moved easily to accommodate any needs the customers have.
Had a small group Christmas exchange gift brunch. So many delicious plates to choose from, you can't go wrong. Our waitress Katrina was curious and personable. Would suggest the music be turned down so people could visit without screaming at one another.
They served my fiance moldy bread on her breakfast sandwich. She was 90% of the way through her sandwich before we noticed the mold on the bottom of her bread. She could have eaten mold prior and just not had realized it. We let the staff know immediately. I left my contact info for the manger/owner to call, but I have not been contacted yet. I don’t see us coming back for a long time.
The group I was with reserved and used a back room for our brunch gathering. Servers were very attentive, and we received our food quickly. I believe everyone enjoyed their choices, and the menu provided many options. I give it 5 stars because it is exactly what you would expect, not over the top food, but well done service, atmosphere, and good food.
My friend and I got the special which was a Naan Eggs Benedict and it was absolutely phenomenal. I know it was seasonal, but I wish you guys would have that on the menu all the time! Great service as well… And the coffee is out of this world.
