I can't say I am always satisfied with that place. It's unfortunate they started well, and now the food and customer service have been dropping down. The sweets they gave us and the old batch, and it wasn't fresh, and there is always a mistake with the order. It sad that the employee don't put much effort, nor do they seem happy to work.
The food is very good but the service is so slow. There was women in the phone for 15 minutes. After ordering the food it took another 20 min for just few lahmajoun. Also , the lady in counter is rude the staff doesn’t even acknowledge when someone go. You can wait there for 30 min but they will just stand but won’t help you. Bad customer service
Hello all, I got a meal from a spot through the TooGoodToGo app, and what they served was cold, flavorless, and harmful. A few hours later, I started feeling unwell, with stomach discomfort so severe I had to pull over and began throwing up. This experience is utterly reprehensible. It seems they'll do anything for ill-gotten gains. It's now 3:18 AM, I'm in pain, unable to sleep, my throat hurts, and I've vomited twice. I can't forgive these individuals. I'm unsure if Google Maps allows the posting of such sensitive material, but I intend to share this to alert others against purchasing from this establishment until it undergoes a safety inspection. I've kept the receipt, and for those wondering, I hadn't eaten anything else before this meal from that **** store. If anyone can show me how to sue them, I will 100% do that. My angry level is 10/10
