Ordered shawarma on rice and fries. I don’t think chicken can taste dryer than what I was served. Fries were not at all crisp and rice seemed like it wasn't flavourful at all.

What was a bad experience for a simple Valentine’s eat-in, turned out to be a good one in the end. Skip messed up the order royally and didn't have the courtesy to let us know that part of the order couldn't be filled as they had run-out of the items. Instead of contacting us to inform us the customer, Skip decided to take our money for the full order and deliver only part of it. After repeated attempts to contact Lazeez, it was thanks to the manager Shaiza, who was quick to ensure complete customer satisfaction by re doing our order. Thank you Shaiza and Lazeez for providing that much needed customer service which is so important especially today. Thank you!!
