Poor customer service and overcharging for extra chicken, when you pay 5$ for extra chicken and what they offer you is just one scoop and when you tell them the other location offers more and the guy said its problem with them not with us

Unbelievable this business has 4 stars rating. I am very serious when I write this. My stomach really got upset after eating a Chicken Shawarma platter from this restaurant. It was half fries and rice, their sauce and the chicken. To my knowledge I am not allergic to anything that was in that platter. Lazeez is a franchise and I have had your shawarmas several times couple of years ago. In fact it was a go-to food for me when I had some hectic work schedule. But these days, many of your outlets are selling the worst food possible. Please have some ethics and serve good food to people. I got weird allergy and my stomach was hurting. It took 2 hours get better. I got rashes, my skin turned red, my lips go thick and then Diarrhea! It all happened at 3 AM in the morning. You guys were the only open business I had to get some balanced food (I am not into greasy fast foods) I love Mediterranean food. A lot of people do the same. Please do not spoil that by feeding the worst food a person can imagine.

Service was bad.. food amount not worth the money. More lettuce than chicken in the wrap, I asked to add 2pcs falafel to it didn't mind paying more I understand but they gave me less chicken to make up for the added falafel. I will not go there again.
