Lazeez Shawarma

My family and i eat here quite often and its usually very good. Today we went around 1:15 and were very disappointed in the quality of the food. My boyfriend had a chicken shawarma wrap and took one bit and had a thin hard piece of bone stuck in his teeth. He was very turned off, he took one more bite and the same thing happened so he threw it out after just 2 bites. I got the chicken on the rocks with my son and the chicken was very dry, hard and stringy. The rice was overcooked aswell. My son is almost 2 and could barley eat the chicken. He kept spitting it out. Hope next time will be better, maybe we will just take a break for a bit.

I like this place a lot but can the employee who’s brown and big and wears glasses stop being so stingy, why am I ordering large on the rocks and there’s a minuscule amount of rice, like all the other employees bless me I love them but why is this guy so stingy

UPDATE MAR 29/24. Lazeez has been my go to & absalute favorite shawarma spot for about 7 years. I've always ordered the amazing shawarmas - this visit I decided it was time to try something new & I am very glad that I did. The manager (who knows my custom shawarma toppings order off by heart for many years) took the time to explain other top selling choices. I purchased the Friday special of 2 Lunchboxes. I chose 1 Lazeez on the sticks with salad & roasted potato & a Donair meat on sticks lunchbox, both mild. I was incredibly impressed by everything & the salad was very fresh and the dressing is fantastic. Looking forward to my next visit & trying some more menu items. Look no further, the staff, food & value are all exceptional. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I am a very big eater & I barely could finish both lunchboxes but it was just too good & I just couldn't stop. update: LARGER NEW MENU FEB. 2018. I tried Lazeez for the first time, I had the large beef donair and i was very happy with the taste, portion and take out service was quick, in and out in 10 minutes. I just returned today and tried a large chcken Shawarma and I got my girlfriend a small C.S. and we thoroughly enjoyed both. I would have given a 4.5 star based on the great prices, spices and menu options.

Customer service suck they yell at customers little guy at the cashier rude for no reason disappointed in the place used to be good

food is good but idk if the guy with the short hair and glasses is the owner or manager? he talks to his worker very poorly in front of customers and its ramadan:(

Just placed order twice on uber eats. Keeps cancelling without any reason. If you dont want to serve the customers- why dont you close your store. Pathetic
