Frustrating experience in this shop. (Gong Cha is well better) Very disappointed I ordered an original milk tea with soya milk. The staff messed up my order and didn't seem to understand why I couldn't have cow milk. Her colleagues knew the order was wrong and still made me a PURE soya milk drink with toppings but NO TEA (???) Later I kindly asked the staff to add some black tea to my drink. She poured out the soya milk and put PRE-MADE milk tea with cow milk in the cup. I told her in Chinese that I'm allergic to cow milk. I just want some BLACK TEA in my drink... She looked at me like I'm stupid and blamed me for not ordering a brown sugar milk tea (completely unrelevant to what I asked for) The drink tasted bad anyway. We both ordered the same milktea, but you can tell my drink has way too much soya milk. I could barely taste any tea...

The tea was great and had a good selection. The waiting time was minimal and you get a reusable cup, brilliant!

Visited the Leeds shop today and the staff were lovely! Nice atmosphere too. Would visit again next time I’m in Leeds :)

Gave this place a try last week, really glad I sought it out. Very nice milk tea with brown sugar boba. Will def come again. Reusable cup was a real added bonus. Dietary restrictions: Allergens menu just below the counter- very clear
