Excellent customer service, good variety of coffee/teas, and overall great place to hang out with friends

The last 2 out of 3 times I used this bakery, my order was wrong. The first time, the baker on staff apologized, corrected the cake error immediately, and I was given a $10 refund for the inconvenience. This past December was my grandmother's 100th birthday and I gave them another chance. Unfortunately, they messed up the order big-time and I had to return the second day with limited time to get to the birthday party. After spending hundreds of dollars for a cake and cupcake order, they were extremely rude and indignant when l asked for a manager and a $20 discount for the huge inconvenience. I never got the discount even though the manager on duty said I would. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.

Amazing food, amazing coffee. When I have time it’s nice to stay any enjoy a coffee flight. The vibes are nice although they get pretty packed. The cakes i’ve ordered from here were delicious.

You don’t go here for the food. You go here for the atmosphere. The food is honestly terrible, but the ambiance is chefs kiss. Stale baked goods.

Ordered a red velvet cake for my husband’s birthday. It was absolutely stunning and tasted great. Everyone was over the moon at how nice it looked. The prices were really reasonable. Definitely will order from here again.

Beautiful space with a cozy atmosphere! Great place to enjoy a meeting with friends or to hang out and study/work. Unfortunately, I won't be back as they had nothing I can eat, and I would like to support a place by buying more than just a drink if I know I will be staying for a few hours. As someone with a moderate milk allergy, all of their food items had some kind of milk product in it, even the soup. Even one of my favorite coffee shop drinks, spiced chai, was made from a powdered mix (unsafe for me as such mixes include milk powder) instead of a liquid base. Very disappointing. I hope they add a consistent couple of food items without milk products, because I would love studying here otherwise.
