Claustrophobic downstairs ice cream shop with some tasty flavors. Staff seems kinda grumpy though. Also Covid is over and the plexiglass panels are not helping except to make it feel like a bank and this magnifies the poor customer service vibes. Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream Wheelchair accessibility: Downstairs so not accessible
The ice cream is wonderful.
Worker was sorta curt. Great ice cream though
Such a cute ice cream shop! The owner was so so sweet and gave my dog a little extra vanilla. Can’t wait to visit mor river the summer and I wish I knew about this spot sooner.
The mint chocolate I got is probs the tastiest I've eaten in DMV
You have to go! DEFINITELY WORTH IT. THE RATING SHOULD BE 5 STARRS! I've been in DC for 12 years, and I wish that I had discovered this place sooner. The texture of the ice cream is impeccable. Creamy and luxurious without being dense, heavy, or tacky. No frost or big ice crystals in the body of the ice cream, making it super smooth. There's enough varieties without everything tasting like chocolate, cake, or berry forward like your mainstream ice cream shops. I got the halvah, cardamom almond, and Fred & ginger (peach, brandy, & ginger). The cardamom almond is my favorite from the scoops I've tried out. I also bought mud pie pint to take home.
Very nice guy, ok ice cream but I would go again
