Laros Greek

Good food. Would recommend!

This is one of the few places doing the proper pork gyros and thick, strong tzatziki like you'd find somewhere around Athens. It's a very different taste than so many places that try to serve what is greek gyros only in name. It's not particularly cheap, but it's definitely worth it. I went for the classic pork gyros, my colleagues went with various pork and chicken skewer and gyros boxes, everyone was happy.

A great little find on Google Maps whilst working in the area! The location is in a block of food kitchens in an industrial estate but you can order directly off Uber Eats or Deliveroo. Amazing authentic Greek food! The Kolokithokeftedes (courgette fritters were unreal)!

The food here is 10/10. There honestly hasn’t been a time I’ve ordered from here and haven’t been fully satisfied. Everyone I introduce this place to also agrees. It has won my heart <3

I’m really disappointed that I am having to write this because I have really enjoyed the food from Laros. But I have had two really negative experiences with them now which I have had to rely on Uber Eats to resolve (still waiting for them to resolve the most recent) I am appalled that I cannot find a contact number anywhere for Laros, meaning that whenever there is an issue with an online order, customer’s are left dealing with Uber Eats who are shocking. This meant that when I ordered the Loukoumades which came with salad dressing on instead of white chocolate I had to BEG for a refund. It took me days to get this back. Most recently my order was missing my Mixed Gyros box and shock, I couldn’t contact Laros to ask them to send me another one. This meant I had to reorder this part of my order so that I had some dinner to eat that night. I am STILL trying to get a refund from Uber Eats for this. It is quite shocking. I have ordered many times from Laros but the customer service is shocking and none existent, so I will not be ordering from here again. Hopefully I manage to get my money back on the missing item but it will be no thanks to Laros.

Terrible

Ordered on deliveroo, food came extremely cold no heat to it whatsoever no fault of the delivery driver , and the tzatziki is horrible. complained and got £2.20 refund from a £11 order makes no sense!
