Absolutely disgusting, threw all of it away. Eggs were hard and looked old, bean and cheese tacos were cold... dozen breakfast tacos in the trash
I can't believe how gross the food was when I got home. It tasted like it had sat out all day and had a plastic taste along with spoiled food flavor. Spit first bite out and threw the rest of it in the trash. I have had Laredo taco before I don't know what in the hell is going on over here. Won't be back. ***interesting how I got a response on my experience over 5 months later****
When you are paying over $2 a taco, you expect the taco to at least be full. This location barely fills the tacos at all. It's absolutely ridiculous. Every time they have a decent person working there, they get rid of them for someone who sucks. I used to go 3+ times a week as they are close to my work, but I won't be returning anymore.
One of the worst Laredos I’ve been too, Fatima the lady serving tacos had a nasty attitude and the food never looks fresh at this location. People like her should not be working customer service jobs…
Get ppl with the right attitude.Mexican restaurants are known for friendly ppl.
Slow to make tacos. We were one of two customers and it took 15-20 minutes to get our order.
This is the worst Laredo Taco I've ever been to, and I've visited some bads ones, and some very good ones. They simply need more help. They have one person behind the counter, taking and filling orders, and this one person simply isn't able to keep up. Counted a total of three other employees in the store. One at an empty register and two others standing and watching to one doing all the taco work, Then they ran out of tortialls. Okay no biggie. But, again, only one person taking AND filling orders. So I look over at the register and see three employees helping one customer at the register. Instead of someone in the store coming over to assist making some more tortialls. One employee even claimed "I'm not trained to do it" when another CUSTOMER asked if they could chip in. On top of that, theyre only making about two or three tortillas at a time. Tough when customers are ordering 8, 10, 12 tacos each. They need some back-up here badly, or perhaps thry should consider training already-hired employees on how to chip in.
Great picadillo burritos, those on the none corn tortillas are not tacos but burritos
