Today's food experience was highly disappointing and surprising. A friend ordered two heavy appetizers that was served overcooked. The bread was burnt, and second offer was hard. Our waiter was kind however, when my friend expressed issue of food, the waiter returned with a message from the chef regarding the process versus a solution. The waiter, never initially offered another dish option nor an update of the status of her dish. We had to speak with a female manager. After nearly three years of being a regular weekend customer, the attention to menu detail and delivery time has increasingly suffered. A beautiful establishment with overall wonderful staff yet the food quality and kitchen staff needs customer service improvement.
