The workers are not nice! The cakes are great but the customer service sucks!!!!
Arrogant, Rude behavior, no manner… you guys should learn customer communication.. there is a word in english called PLEASE…very very easy to pronounce and it’s magical when it comes to customer relation….learn that…you are selling sweets…simply cakes…don’t forget we pay you
I was disappointed with the flavor of the seasonal Jasmine Calamansi and pumpkin brulée cakes I ordered. I couldn't taste the jasmine in the first cake, and the pumpkin brulée cake had no flavor at all. The Millefeuille cakes are hard to make, they are not too sweet, and are presentable. I would suggest making the flavor of your cakes more intense. P.S. For the price, I would go to Porto's or Cream Pan instead.
This place is a must-visit for crepe cake enthusiasts. They offer a wide variety of crepe cakes, and in my opinion, the passion fruit cake was overly sweet, while the pistachio one was perfect and very delicious. The staff was friendly, and the interior was clean and tidy. The cake prices are above average, but it's worth it.
I love lady M but I received the worst service in the world from this location. I ordered 9 inch signature crepe cake here, and they were not able to provide me a knife because they ran out of it. Moreover they said they are going to charge me 20 dollars more if they cut the cake for me….speechless! They said they are sorry about that. But if apologies resolve the problem, why do we need police?! If you don’t think of your customers, stay at home or find some other jobs!
Sometimes they are giving the cake that are not fresh and it from yesterday. I want to remind you guys to tell them give you the fresh one and it’s made by today. The important is they are super bad service, it will make you feeling bad.
I ordered a cake from Lady M for my Sister's Birthday ONLY because I knew they have a shop in Irvine and they delivered a frozen cake with Fedex to my sister who lives in Aliso Viejo, 13 min drive from their shop!!! So disappointed!
