Fantastic bar. Staff was super friendly , helpful and skilled. Charlotte, Dylan, Tany and Max , superb. Despite a busy bar they made us feel like home. Omg the Glitch drink and Snakebite Negroni are a must try. Best bar in Cardiff for sure

Was meant to go on a date and was stood up but they were so soooooo lovely when I turned up solo. They made me feel very welcome; the jazz music was amazing (Monday evening jazz wooo) and the cocktails tasted even better

We went for a cocktail masterclass for a birthday and cannot praise enough Lab 22 or the staff, especally Ed, our cocktail master. It was excellent value for money and fantastic quality cocktails and ingredients. The music and decor was great. We will all be going back in the near future.

After reading about Lab 22 in the list of 50 best cocktail bars, I had to seek it out. Spent a few hours, was offered a table or bar space, and had a wonderful experience at the bar. Sam and other bartenders are warm, knowledgeable, and make everyone feel at home. Drink presentations are whimsical, attuned to the theme of a science lab, and taste great. 2000s hip hop on a Sunday night is a vibe. Can’t wait to visit Cardiff and Lab 22 again.
