ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES -RUINED BDAY SURPRISE MEAL. This company is a joke. I paid for a cake I was going to collect I was in communication with this “business” throughout the day and was told repeatedly they would be open until 7. I even checked Google, which said the mall shuts at 6, so double checked with them that they would actually be open and was told YES. I was speaking with them via their what’s app, and when I arrived at the mall I said I would be there in a min and was walking down. I had a reply from them saying that’s fine! IMAGINE MY SURPRISE TO FIND THEM COMPLETELY CLOSED!!!! Which they would have been for some time given the market stall set up they have which would take some time to pack down and shut! I had driven a long time for this cake, a favourite of my cousins and was supposed to be the cake maker for their upcoming wedding (no longer will be using them after this) - I was told on the phone yes the mall shuts at 6!?!???? Something I literally had double checked about - credit to who ever this man was on the phone, he has tried to send someone to fix this terrible mistake but I was told I would have to wait atleast 18mins - I was in a rush and already had to leave so this was unacceptable, least of all as they expect me to wait in a mall that was closing around me! This resulted in the surprise birthday being ruined, family being disappointed in me! And no dessert at all. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business I really trusted - avoid unless you want a similar experience.

Probably the best cakes in town. We have always ordered all our cakes from here and they have never disappointed us. The girls at the desk and friendly and nice. Thank you for all the amazing cake you deliver.
