Cute creative wine store, the atmosphere was nice and refreshing in the hustle and bustle of Palma, the wine was good!

As a lover of natural wines and a vinyl collector, I was intrigued by this venue, recommended by the Raisin app for its high quality. However, the experience turned out to be a disaster from the start. Upon arrival, the lady at the counter completely ignored our entry, without even a minimal greeting. The background was a low-quality punk record that screeched and disturbed the desired ambiance. The negligence extended outdoors, where, despite waiting, we were totally ignored. Frustrated, I had to get the wine menu myself. The lady's coldness was palpable, showing no sign of hospitality. The insult peaked when, after getting attention and ordering two wines, my request to change the music was rejected with disdain. She informed me that she alone decided the music, bluntly refusing any change. The moment of total humiliation came when, tired of the situation, I decided to leave the venue. Her response with a contemptuous smile was: "Go ahead, leave." Never in my life have I received such despicable treatment. I strongly advise avoiding this place, a true disaster in terms of hospitality and refinement, a venue completely lacking in human warmth and professionalism.

La viniloteca is a very cool little place. It has an amazing range of vinyl and vino! Palma seems to be reasonably obsessed with cover versions, but not here. Very good music, and amazing wine. Definitely a must visit place.

Un buen lugar para tomar un vino , hay bastante variedad de la isla, hay alguno muy interesante si os gusta el vino sitio tranquilo además es una tienda de vinilos con gran variedad de los mismos. No tienen comida como tal , ponen unas pequeñas porciones de queso para degustar con el vino
