La Vaca Brazilian Grill

Meat was INCREDIBLY dry. It was SO Well Done that it was bordering on CONGRATULATIONS! We ordered the Top Sirloin and Top Sirloin cap and they were almost inedible. The chicken with bacon was also dry and extremely salty. The only thing saving it was the bacon. The only saving grace was the garlic beef. That is a pretty fatty cut, so it’s hard to overcook it. The meat is just sitting on the grill and it doesn’t cycle through like a normal Brazilian buffet. I didn’t try any of the sides, so I can’t comment on that.

The flavors are good but the $12 per pound is too expensive. if it were $8 per pound, I would come 3 days a week and it would be 5*. You need to spend $15 for a light meal while blaze pizza, Chipotle are under $10 for similar quantity and value.

the food is horrible, the meat and no salt, the service is terrible and the price for a dish for 35 dollars, everything is horrible, don't waste time going to this restaurant

Great food! I wish they had free water cups but otherwise great selection
