I have been coming to a dentist a few miles from here for the last 2 years. Usually my appointments are in the morning, but today's was late afternoon. My partner wanted to avoid the rush hour traffic home down the M62 so we looked for a restaurant nearby where we could eat and pass some time. Oh my word - we were lucky! We found La Palmera and we are so happy that we did. This is a beautiful, classy, restaurant on the edge of a golf course with lots of parking and beautiful views. The staff are amazing - so friendly, kind, and helpful, and the food was just out of this world. We had bruschetta and green lipped mussels as starters, and a pasta dish and seafood risotto for mains. Everything was piping hot and delicious and it was a really nice experience. From now on I won't be booking any morning appointments at my dentist's! Many thanks for a wonderful meal.

This restaurant must be the best in Yorkshire. I'm never disappointed. With the best choice of food and quality.

Really enjoyed the food, had a great pizza all food that came was thoroughly enjoyed There was a free portion of bread and butter which was lovely Kids meals were great reasonably priced and decent portions. Staff were excellent and inside was very clean Will definitely go again thanks

Wow. Tiramisu was absolutely lovely! Cannelloni was amazin! Italiana was perfectly crispy and flavoursome. servers were extremely friendly and extremely receptive! Would recommend ti 10 friends
