La Mano de Pablo

Este solía ser uno de mis sitios favoritos pero tengo la impresión de que está cambiando. La pizza sigue siendo fantástica y el fainá igual pero sí que tengo que decir que por más que me pese decirle esto a un uruguayo la carne estaba dura y perdió el punto. Además están poniendo los precios por las nubes, 2€ por un trozo de pan pequeño, que imagino que se cobrarán como el servicio porque ya está en la mesa sin pedirlo, la parrillada cara también para la cantidad y comparado con lo que solía ser. Lamento mucho esta reseña pero confío en que volverá a ser lo que era. Vamo arriba! ✨🇺🇾

No sólo es un sitio donde se come de maravilla, que lo es y de que manera. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de sus camareros y la pasión por la hostelería de Pablo.

This was a truly delicious and special experience. Everyone was beyond kind and thoughtful- even as we spoke broken Spanish and English back and forth. The food was incredible. The meat was the perfect temperature and the pizza was unbelievable. I would fly back to Spain from the US just to eat here again! 11/10 highly recommend.

This was an ultra premium experience at a budget price. We were staying at a nearby hotel and needed a place within walking distance to grab a late night dinner, and we chose La Mano de Pablo completely by chance.... What a delightful surprise when course after course surpassed any of the high end steak restaurants back home (Morton's, Smith & Welinsky, and others). An absolutely amazing experience. We enjoyed the burrata, wood fired pizza, and several different cuts of Uruguayan steak - all prepared to share. Desserts were house made and simply divine. Not over sweet or heavy... just perfection. 11/10, a must visit and visit again!
