La Diperie Ellis Park Kelowna

Ordered online for a birthday dessert order. 4 slices of cheesecake $40. Got there to pick up only to find out they only had 1 flavor of cheesecake and it was not any of the flavors ordered. Was told they were sorry and the boss would credit back the charge on the credit card within a week. 18 days later and I'm having to call and go through a lot of hassle to get credited the charge. Not good business practices. On the upside... In a pinch I found a really amazing business that saved the day for dessert that night. D-Spot on Bernard has AMAZING desserts!!!

Waited around when it was not busy. Only soft serve ice cream available out of the whole menu. Ice cream wasn’t good

80% of the menu was not available. Just ice cream and 1 type of cheesecake pretty much. We were very excited to try the goodies and got instantly disappointed when we got there. False advertising.

Waffle was still frozen, dry, tasteless. Not enough toppings, chocolate sauce. Tried to swap it for a crepe instead but staff said it wasn’t possible (why??). It was probably just a bad Sunday I guess, but experience was bad

Great place for ice cream and cheese cake factory cheese cakes! Service is on point and the kids love all the topping options.

The experience was great they serve the best ice cream in whole kelowna lived their service. Great place and also when you are craving for something sweet at midnight this is the place from where you can get full satisfaction.

Tried their cake slices, red velvet and carrot. They are $9 each. Not worth in my opinion. Rates are too high for a slice. Cake was soft and moist but icing was more than the cake and I didn't like the icing.

Best ice cream please as compared to marbles, ice cream parlour and moo lix the is much better so many options friendly staff was a great experience. Everyone should try it. So tempting:)
