La Cabañita

I can't say enough nice things about this place, but I'll try. They are the masters of sauces; every sauce from their perfectly balanced red salsa to their lovely lime-y green salsa are a delight. They've got special sauces for enchiladas, and even their salad dressing is amazing! Quality and care shine in every bite. Now..presentation. the plates are very pretty too. You can just tell they care by the way they present their food. The colors used enhance the experience, and everything looks and tastes freshly prepared. Srrvice..its usually very good. Never really had slow service, and wait staff always checks on you at least once or twice during the meal. Parking... can be tricky. Make SURE to curb your wheels.

Delicious Mexican flavors with generous portions and a warm, vibrant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and made great recommendations. A good spot for a mexican food lovers!

I love this place. The chile rellenos are all very delicious.

Great service by the staff. They were all accommodating and attentive. However, the food was not authentic and mediocre in taste. I really wanted to like it but it wasn't meshing with my taste buds. The green and red salsa for chips was decent and not spicy. Great little town though, quaint and nice for a stroll up and down the streets. Make sure when you park on the streets to curb your wheels they Will give you a ticket. Enjoy.

Absolutely the rudest service I’ve ever had in any restaurant. The food is fair, but I will never go back there again.

Amazing food and service, also quite reasonably priced for how generous the serving sizes are. Friendly, homey atmosphere. The bathrooms are very well maintained.

Here's your starter,  crunchy tortilla chips,  smooth mild red and tangy green tomatillo salsas, both have a fresh tomato flavor. Street taco - fluffy homemade corn tortilla, tender marinated asada, slice of lemon, fresh Pico de Gallo. Good but I ordered a la carte and I thought it was a bit pricey, had to taste it though. Huevos Divorciados two eggs over medium, one smothered in regular salsa and the other in green salsa, separated by a mound of Chilaquiles. Just needed a little salt but all tasted very good. Staff attentive in black uniform. Exercised the "if you have time to lean you have time to clean," philosophy - never saw them just stand around. Atmosphere respectfully festive, not noisy, good music, good vibe. There's  a big mural on the wall-if you know you know- zarape curtains,  sturdy wooden tables accented with tile, comfy padded chairs. An honors wall leads you to the bathroom with framed celebrity pictures and newspaper mentions and reviews. Bathroom, decorative, clean and stocked. Great place.

Amazing place. Options were unique! I can't believe I had never heard of this place. Worth a visit.
