These canelé are so good. Hard and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. They're expensive but worth the price compare the other canelés in the city. Definitely recommend the traditional
I found this Canelé shop very authentic and exactly sweet like I wish it with morning espresso. I was surprised that they have so many flavours and I can always try something new. Hope they have more rum inside and vanilla ) it will make my morning even better Need to try more pastry from this shop)
Surprisingly good With samples - which is great
Perfectly caramelized crust with soft moist custard inside. Recommend 5/5!
I have tried a lot of canelés, and this was the best I have ever had. I visited their Instagram and saw that she had perfected her mom’s recipe for 2 years. I’m planning to make a stop tomorrow to get some for my parents and fly them with me to Korea, and my boyfriend wants to drive them back for his parents in Seattle. Low key I think I might finish them all in the plane Vancouver is so lucky to have La Bise!!
Tried this place on Granville Island, they serve caneles and donuts. We got the chocolate stuffed donut and a fruit canele, and enjoyed the canele more than the donut. Will be back to try more caneles in the future!
