Great French Restaurant in Charlotte.

This is one of my top 5 fave restaurants in CLT. The mussels are 10/10 and they have my favorite whiskey sour in the city

Bananas fosters French toast was perfection and Micheal made our experience so enjoyable!

This was our first time here and Michael made our dining experience A1. You should buy him a boat. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The absolute bees knees!

Best French onion soup I ever had

The slowest lunch service. It took an hour to get appetizers, which was 2 salads and a dozen oysters. Found a lot of excuses from the server for the kitchen that I can clearly see into and then for a table of 4, you bring one dessert menu and don’t talk about the daily chef special? Ugh very disappointed as I think service has gone down and that could be due to lack of training or motivation. Can only blame management. I’ll come back for the food cause everything was very delicious.

Starting from the beginning of my experience here... after finding parking we were pressed for time on our reservation so we did arrive at exactly the end of our grace period time. When checking in with the hostess she let us know that we had "just missed our time by one minute," and they would have to find somewhere for us. Mind you, the restaurant wasn't packed and if we had been on time, the table still wouldn't have been ready. As someone who works in customer service, instead of placing blame on the customer, I would've just informed that my table was being set and it would take a moment. But I didn't take this to heart as we were technically late and I was just excited to be seated for my birthday dinner. Our waitress was okay. The appetizer was some nasty small bread... that a random server just sat on the table with no explanation. My friend and I both ordered the steak hanger and fries. The steak tasted like absolutely nothing but we didn't want to be those people so we tried to tough it out and asked for salt. This didn't help... I informed the waitress that the steak was bland. To which she questioned me and I politely asked her to just get something else. My friend declined to have anything else at all. During the dinner I felt uncomfortable and like we were being watched from the bar area, where staff made drinks. The hostess brought us drinks to apologize for the food, which I appreciated but it just didn't feel genuine. The waitress brought out a birthday dessert that was just okay but looked pretty. To top it off, the waitress had asked the people next to us if they wanted their food boxed and didn't ask us. I knew the food wouldn't be all that so it didn't bother me but being made to feel uncomfortable on my birthday was not fun. I do not recommend this place solely based on service alone.
