Kuyashii Ramen

We visited on 4/19/24 We ordered the tostada, birria bao buns, chicken miso ramen, and the black garlic ramen. The tostada was great. The birria bao buns had absolutely no flavor. The ramen is always either good or bad. It’s never consistent. I don’t know if they just have different cooks, but the flavor is always inconsistent. And my server got rid of my marg when I wasn’t even done with it :(

Great place for Japanese Ramen in the RGV area! A perfect addition to downtown Brownsville. Relaxed atmosphere with lots of great murals on the walls. Friendly and fast service; casual wooden tables and benches; clean; and now serving alcohol, including Sake and Japanese beer. Fair prices, upbeat conversation, and hip dining music. Note: they DO have Vegan Ramen that is not listed on the menu!! Also checkout the daily and happy hour specials.

First time here friendly staff reconmend me theur spechalty cheff sushi i got the blacken misio soup was delich will be back for more for shure parking is kinda ok should have card or coin but friendly

Van dos veces que vamos y ya no es el mismo caldo que le ponían antes al Ramen, sabe a agua y cuando pido la salsa de chile de árbol es súper pastosa y como que está hecha con grasa y mucha sal, tengo un dolor fuerte de estómago desde hace 3 días, nunca me había pasado, íbamos muy seguido porque estaba súper buena la comida, pero ya van dos veces y es totalmente diferente las sopas. Ya no podría recomendarlo!!.

Food was pretty good, atmosphere was great.

Cute spot in downtown, wanted to love it but left feeling that it lacks the proper ramen flavors. We tried the fried rice, chicken noodle ramen and miso tonkotdu. The fried rice was tasty but both ramens were lacking in flavor, tried adding extra soy sauce but couldn’t save the missing flavors. A side note on behalf of my partner, the cocktails lack design/presentation consistency as our cocktail was missing the flower decor the next table received even though they were the same .
