Kurume Ramen & Izakaya

The look of the restaurant was nice the booth was nice and spacious. I do not know if I am spoiled to my normal place but the food here was way below my expectation. Every sushi roll we got fell apart as we picked them up and the flavors were not right. The ramen was not terrible but was Luke warm when it came out. The sweet tea was terrible. Service was non existent and everytime we requested something the waitress or waiter looked at us and didn’t understand. We never had the same person check the table twice.

Service was not what it has been in the past. No greeting, no thanks, slow to take order. Put a downer on our date night. Food was great.

First time in and so glad we stopped. I knew it would be a bit more then regular but we splurged lol. Not only was the food great but Sara, our waitress, was absolutely lovely. So polite and helpful she was just a delight. We will be back for sure.

This was our first time trying this restaurant and everything was delicious and our server, Russell, was awesome. The robot bringing our food was very cool. 10 out 10 would recommend!!

Great food, friendly people, great atmosphere! Will definitely be back here again. Hana Awaka Sparkling Peach wine taste so good as well. It was recommended by our waitress.

Ordered ahead and when I picked up the food was all room temp, I asked when it was made and was told that it had been out since I ordered it which was hours prior. Then was told to just microwave it. Tell me what is the point of ordering for a certain pick up time if you are going to just make it right away?

The food is delicious and the staff are amazing. The kimichi is so good and can't beat there spicy tonkatsu ramen.

Always pleasantly surprised with the good quality of the food! Love coming here. The servers are usually friendly and quick, as well.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is amazing and so chillax! We were immediately impressed while walking through the door greeted by really nice staff! Food was fire and amount the best Roman I’ve ever had!!!

Dirty cups, could still see the imprint of the lipstick from the prior person.
