Best tea quality hands down for milk tea in SLC. Great selection of offerings. Recently renovated with much more seating and the staff are always super sweet
I’m be back the kung fu tea, it’s really good. My fav boba shop. Under the new management, everything its so different. Highly recommend everyone come here!
This is the first time I’ve been here and I will absolutely support them 100%. What a cute little dining area and they allowed my dogs to come inside which I’m super grateful for. They were all very accommodating and kind and the Boba tea is amazing. I will continue to come back here and support them in every way. Thank you so much. Parking: In the same lot as Smith’s off 600 E and 500 S
The drink is not bad, but for a boba place out of boba at 5pm when they are closing at 8pm. That was bad!
I love the Coffe milk tea with boba, is so good that I always get it
Boba Bliss at Kung Fu Tea Kung Fu Tea has effortlessly claimed the title of my absolute favorite boba spot, thanks to its extensive flavor options and efficient service, although a touch-up on customer service would add to the overall experience. The array of flavors at Kung Fu Tea is a boba enthusiast's dream come true. Whether you're into classic milk teas or adventurous fruit blends, their menu caters to all taste preferences. The variety alone is reason enough to keep me coming back for more. Efficiency is clearly a forte at Kung Fu Tea. The speed with which they prepare and deliver drinks is impressive, ensuring you get your boba fix without a lengthy wait. However, the Achilles' heel lies in the customer service department. While the drinks are swiftly handed over, a bit more attention to customer interaction and friendliness would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience. In conclusion, Kung Fu Tea remains at the pinnacle of my boba choices, largely due to its fantastic drink selection and quick service. With a bit of improvement in the customer service arena, it could easily become the unrivaled go-to spot for boba enthusiasts like myself. I'll be returning, hoping to see an even more well-rounded experience in the future.
This has to be the worst experience I've ever had. My fiance went through the app to place an order. That part went just fine. Unfortunately, that is the only part that was good. When he got there to pick up the order, there were two people working. Fairly common for a restaurant when it is getting close to closing time. One of the people there doesn't even acknowledge that he exists, any other one keeps on walking away wow my fiance is just trying to talk to figure out what we can do on the situation. Now, like I said, the order was put through on an app over an hour ahead of time. After the order was placed, there was absolutely no contact, so my fiance believes that the order is going to be taken care of without any problems. Unfortunately, that is not the case. My fiance gets told that the things that we added onto our drinks we're not available despite the fact that they were fine on the website and again nobody contacted him in the hour between when he plays the order and when he actually got there. We don't have a lot of money, so getting a treat like this is very rare. The teenager who was talking with my fiance can't even give a refund at all. The only person who can is the manager who is not even there. The manager won't be in until tomorrow and they don't even do partial refunds. All we wanted was our boba tea. The whole time, this kid is either walking away or acting like my fiance is being completely ridiculous when all we wanted was what we had paid for. We weren't asking for any type of special treatment, but apparently this kid just was not willing to help us at all. I have the feeling he just wanted to get us out of his hair so that he didn't have to do anything before closing up. They had an hour to put in the order and an hour to contact us to say If there were any type of issues. No professionalism at all, no respect for the customer at all. I've worked customer service before. I'm not going to ask someone to jump through a million hoops. All I wanted was my boba tea, and now I'm in a sour mood because I can't get the one thing I had been waiting on pretty much the whole day. We wanted to end our day with something nice since we don't get that very often, but now my fiance is out 10 bucks until someone can get him a refund, and we will just go somewhere else. If this kind of behavior is acceptable by the people who work there, I highly recommend just avoiding this place entirely.
The Thai milk tea was very good, and very creamy. I got there right when they opened and the boba was warm and the tea fresh, exactly how I prepare mine at home. Perfectly sweet and there wasn't a ton of ice. I forgot to order less ice but it wasn't even necessary as I found out. Definitely will be returning.
