Always quick! This location is accurate 90% of the time. Sometimes they miss certain customizations but that’s simple human error. It happens. This time around everything was perfect! Would be nice if they had some seating but I understand the space is limited.

I had to drop my score from 5 to 4. I ordered a pistachio latte and added two shots of espresso as I just discovered it as an add on option. The coffee at Kung Fu is horrendous! It made my drink taste like cigarette butts. I couldn't finish it. I gave it to my roommate and he spit it out. So gross. Please upgrade your coffee. Even Folgers instant coffee tastes better than that stuff. I love this place! So many delicious options! Coffee, different types of teas, juices, slushy and yogurt drinks. A wide variety of different types of boba, jellies, milk caps, yogurt and pudding toppings. There are so many combinations it will take you a lifetime to try then all.

Great place if you are looking to try Boba for the first time or the 100th. It was a nice spot to chat and pickup a drink for a walk outdoors or sitting at the nearby patio. Very fun boba shop with lots of options including plenty of clearly labeled decaf and vegan drinks.The staff had amazing service and were very considerate and accommodating of my food allergies, which makes all the difference when deciding if a place is worth returning to and recommending to others. Vegetarian options: The entire menu is vegetarian and there are clearly marked vegan drinks that do not include any dairy. Be aware that the same mixing blender is used for all drinks unless you specifically ask for a clean blender to be used between options for strict vegans or allergies. Dietary restrictions: Staff were very considerate not to contaminate my drink during preparation after learning I had a severe allergy to dairy. Parking: There is a small free parking lot right next door to the outdoor patio that serves several businesses in the area. Wheelchair accessibility: This location is easily wheelchair accessible, it's easy to see the menu on the screens and there is a laminated menu that can also be looked at close up.

The service here was fantastic! Such a kind and welcoming staff, even called me "friend" using gender inclusive terms the tea was very delicious and the tapioca pearls had a great texture in addition to a sweet flavor! Highly recommend

We had Oolong Milk Tea which was good but the bubbles were surprisingly over sweet. I would have preferred to have the option to have it no ice, but didn't see it on the menu. The ice cubes were large and too many. We loved the paper artwork while we waited.

I really liked this place, not my first time there, but I didn't pay 10$ for fly in my drink, never going there again.

I love Kung Fu Tea as a chain, but this location is consistently disappointing. So many orders have been screwed up. How hard is it to not put ice in a drink when I specifically asked for no ice, and then for the staff to have an attitude about it! They seem to have a revolving door of staff, always someone new. I’ve had drinks mistakenly taken by other customers multiple times. They need a new way to announce drink orders. This location never has the energy boosted drinks and skimps on pearls. The non dairy options are so flavorless. I would suggest going to any other location than this, you’ll have a much better experience.
