The kids that work here are too busy chatting or on their phones to help customers out. They looked annoyed to have to do anything. For that reason alone, we won't be back.

Their black sesame matcha drink is great! For not being able to adjust the sweetness lebel, it's sweetness is tolerable and the njttty sesame adds the bitter balance. Fave drink ever!

The tea and drink are fine, but really HATE the tipping part on checkout. What’s up with the request for 18% tip as the base. So I used Custom and pay $0.01. Why isn’t there an option for ZERO tip. Not sure I’ll return to this location.
