Ku Cha House of Tea

I ordered an oolong milk tea. The milk tea wasn't strong and the pearls were hard. Not worth the $8.65.

Wide selection of loose leaf tea. You can find unique blends and good quality single origin teas here. Boba is reused and cooked again from previous day in a microwave. Management is like a revolving door. Lots of controversy in their business methods. Unfortunately owners don't pay their employees a livable wage despite being a "luxury" brand. A great place to visit and learn knowledge about tea from employees, but you can find much cheaper options with the same or better quality tea online. Parking: Parking will cost you $18 in the mall garage. No validation.

Such sweet service from Kitty. I loved being able to take away a card with steeping times, look at the tea pets, and admire the tea trays.

An amazing shop for some great teas! They have great blends from around the world, amazing tea cakes and oranges, a self blend area, tea pets, and even a place to buy tea to drink in the store! Amazing place, 100% my new tea dealer! Vegetarian options: All tea can be brewed without milk or with almond milk. Kid-friendliness: Wonderful staff that are very welcoming to everyone! Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground floor, no steps up, and workers are willing to help with reaching any merchandise.

They have different types of tea, but I recommend the chamomile tea, it tastes so good!
