Food quality is ridiculously bad and items always missing, stay away from this place!

I came through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and ordered a number 4 with a large sweet and 2 extra chik I paid and was asked to pull up after almost 10 minutes a woman came out with a bag and said 4 chik right? I said yes but I also got a large sweet tea. She went back in and got the tea and I looked in the bag and there were no fries when she came back I said I thought I ordered a meal and I didn’t get my fries and she said I only ordered the 4 chips and the tea. So I said ok and drove away bc I had to go back to work but when I got there I dug my receipt out and I indeed ordered and paid for a meal. I tried to call twice with no answer. Very disappointing to spend almost 20 dollars on a meal and a couple extra sliders and then not receive your whole order and be told you didn’t order that. Waste of money. Only positive was the chicken was fresh.

My order was did not include everything I had to turn around and then the 2nd time it wasn't made right. I was too tired to deal with it.

Food was acceptable. It took 19 min to bring my food out. Still disappointed that the dining room still hasn't opened back up.

Was interested in ordering Krystals this evening. However I went to the location at 750 Nissan Drive Smyrna TN 37167. This location can never be contacted by phone. Your e mail address to address has problems and is no longer available on line. So not sure how to contact any live person to address a problem. I simply want to say that you don't have problems with your products. It is about the people who make and deliver your products to us either in the front room or drive thru. I went to this location this evening for one of those big containers full of Krystals that you are advertising on television and when I pulled up to the window I didn't like what I saw. A young kid either vaping or what I was told he was sucking on a sucker. So after what I saw I just didn't trust the help preparing my product. I again want to say I love your products just don't trust who is preparing your great products and they are running your products in the ground. I left after I brought it to the ladies attention and she said she didn't notice it at 1st. I really want the Krystal crave tonight..

We haven't eaten at this location in a couple of years. However, this location has the hottest food, BEST Corn Pups, chili, Krystal cheeseburgers we've had from Krystal restaurant in a very long time. The service was great also. Keep up the great service.
