Il drive to the furthest krogers possible before driving 04 mile to this 1 ever again Seems like tjey always have an issue they customer service is horrible !!! The empooyess and security is racist as all get banned my sons father from the store agter he was in line at cs and someoen he knew was also in line they were joking and talking NOT ARGUING NOT FIGHTING. a white young guy in a red vest that was just standing there told them to get our of his store for talking in line as if this is a prison!! He shouldnt have been in their conversation or business period!!! Then rent a cop walks up saying do you want them gone and follows him out the door being intimidating and disrespectful very ride and loud i heard him yelling from my car!!! This isnt the 1st incident but it will he the last. The manager a spoke to went to speal to the people in line and said the worker was completely out of line this store has really went down hill not to mention the variety boxes of chips are always opened and missing bags or spilled in the bottom of the box. And more that i dint even care to name. These people are on a power trip here and if your black your likley the next target!!

I was in line behind 4 other people at the deli and idk how much longer they were there than me, but I personally was there over 25 minutes before giving up and leaving. I have plenty of other gripes about this store, but this is flat out unacceptable. Walking in the door, it was heard over the intercom that the deli had a soft call on line one. Okay cool I get that, but I went to go check out chips and bread first, and then walked over to the deli to find this not even long wine there's just four other customers there. And then when the employee finally came back, they literally just took their sweet time. The man was ordering pepper turkey breast, and had to explain it multiple times what it was they needed. I can't come back here

The manager Evan is a prick he harassed me and instead of stopping theft he decided to come threatening me for getting a petition signed which is not any harm to anyone krogers need to get there priorities straight and pick there fights wisely

friendly employees but it seems more compact and crowded than other krogers. Not much room to get around in the isles

This place going downhill. Prices always wrong @ checkout. Many items often out of stock. Sub out crazy substitutions on pickups, even when u say no subs. And now they took the bottom shelf off all carts which is TERRIBLY INCONVENIENT.
