The food use too be good when I first starting going now I don’t know what happen macaroni taste old the chicken not good they use too use put some good ingredients on the chicken now it taste plain like what happen they change cooks I might as well go too poppyes

Both service and food was fantastic! Ordered the 12 piece mix of chicken, and know that those pieces are HUGE. These aren't the tiny chicken flats you get when you order pizza - this is CHICKEN. Elevate yourself above Popeyes and give this spot a shot - you won't regret it! Get the cornbread, and get the hot sauce - you will have yourself a dinner and you will be fed! Highly recommend, get yourself some good chicken.

I placed an order for Fried Chicken. Although there was a bit of a wait, it was certainly worth the time. The chicken was delicious and was accompanied by tasty sides. I enjoyed sweet potato, macaroni and cheese, and a corn muffin.

Food is top tier!!! The atmosphere is great!!! Family owned,professional and clean!!!!

The food is horrible for the prices. They are charging. My chicken wasn’t done or my fish wasn’t done it fall apart, trying to pick it up. just flat out horrible

The food was so fresh and hot. The customer service was wonderful. I understand crunchy kitchen collaborated with lions den café. Keep doing your thing. Everything was great coming back again.

Ate here today very disappointing!! Chicken wasn't cooked all the way thru cold inside, very greasy Fries weren't cooked all the way either, cold inside and sauggy Couldn't even eat the biscuit, tasted aweful Complete waste of $$

I eat here at least twice a week! It feels good to know I’m getting good clean food! The workers are friendly, prices are reasonable and my food is always made fresh! If you are looking for good soul food this is the place!!

The Lion's Den Soul Food Cafe & Krispy Krunchy chicken is worth every ⭐. The first moment I entered, it is clean. You can tell they value cleanliness. All food is cooked to order so it's nice, fresh, and hot. There are many food options for varying budgets. The service was friendly and respectful in communicating with customers. My friend and I purchased chicken (white and dark meat) yams, collard greens, JoJo potatoes, and cornbread. The chicken was so flavorful and Krunchy. The greens were well seasoned and bussin'. The only words to describe the sides were "delicious and filling". Check it out. Today was the grand reopening and worth it. I'll be back and bringing others with next time.
