Shout out to the lovely young ladies at Krispy Kreme in Whiterose i only had cash and they gave me the doughnuts for free, lovely ladys, very respectfull and i highly appreciated the gesture

Ordered 4 donuts and 2 coffees. 6 donuts arrived (wrong ones) and no coffees. Just how difficult is it to get a simple order correct?

i just was to say it made me teary how nice the staff is i didn’t get her name today around 6 but she was so lovely

I was stood waiting for the staff member that was on around 17:30 6th Dec. She was cleaning the tables and chairs. She looked at me and frowned and started muttering something to her friend who she was talking to. She then proceeded to clean, waiting a few more minutes. The lady looked at me again and did the same thing. I walked round to ask if she was open, she replied ‘yeah, just give me a minute will you’ I responded you know what, leave it. Rudest encounter I’ve ever had, just for a donut aswell.
