Krispy Kreme

I'd first like to say thank you to Karmen for possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. When going to a doughnut shop spending over $150.00 on again I say DOUGHNUTS being told that using the app is nessesary to order in the future and with rudeness I've never been given before. I certainly see no reason to go back again in the future. Especially when there is a Dunkin right across the street who would have killed for that sale. Dunkin will have my business going forward and Krispy Kreme I would strongly suggest looking into staffing.

Yummy doughnuts! Love the specialty ones

The cashier walked by behind the donut display and didn’t say a word but glared and flared her eyes at me. So I said I was here for birthday donuts. So she got my donuts in silence and walked to the register. I got out my app and she gestured silently at the display. Glaring still. So I said do I scan here and pointed at the side of it because I was thrown off. And she glared and flared her eyes again. So I scanned(?) but it made no sound so I asked if it scanned. She glared and flared her eyes at me again silently. So then I said “ok am I good to go then”, as she balled up my receipt and flared her eyes and walked away. Lmao it genuinely felt like I was committing a crime coming in for donuts. Truly a bizarre experience.

Never in my life have I experienced so much sass with literally no words spoken. If you want to feel judged for ordering donuts at a DONUT shop then you should definitely go to this Krispy Kreme. The amount of rudeness experienced was something I don't think I've ever seen to this day in the 25 years that I've been alive to witness such terrible customer service. The cashier said absolutely nothing to me yet somehow managed to convey that I was quite literally the bane of her very existence. Every word I spoke was met with an eye roll followed by a slightly angry blank stare. It was so bizarre it felt like I was in the actual twilight zone. 0/10 would recommend.

Ordered a chocolate sprinkled donut and repeated myself cause the girl said strawberry I said no chocolate twice and she still gave me strawberry. She had the personality of a wet napkin. Then when I went through to get the right donut another young African American woman had a attitude as well. Get some customer service yall
