Gave me the wrong donut but it was still good

We tried to get donuts there today but the self serve kiosks weren’t working and nobody acknowledged our existence. There were about 10 of us in the lobby standing around. We gave up and went to Dunkin. We were in and out of Dunkin in like 2 minutes. Don’t bother with this Krispy Kreme. Go to one of the many Dunkin Donuts in the area instead.

Took 10 minutes with no one at the drive through to say “how can I help you.” Finally took me saying “hello?” To get someone. Was in the middle of ordering and the dude says the total and pull around. I said I wasn’t finished ordering? Honestly just shut this location down.

There was only a parent and child in front of us and we waited about 15 min just to put the order in. You are not going to go wrong with the quality because it’s doughnuts but there was an employee casually sitting and playing on his phone and everyone just worked at a slow pace. Only went for the St. Patrick’s day event but never going again.

Donuts were cold and soggy. Not the best at all.
