Krispy Kreme

Unfortunately Krispy Kreme has changed over the year but they’re starting to disappoint more and more. I ordered specialty donuts and let’s just say they don’t look right at all. So the lil shaped donuts and special ones don’t fall for it they aren’t what they seem. Their strawberry icing is horrible

Red light on. Drive through. Eat delicious hot donuts! Enough said.

Placed a online order at 9 am to be picked up at 2:30pm, when I arrived around 2:25, they had no idea I had placed an order, took them 15 minutes to find it, when they finally gave me my order it was not hot or fresh it was cold and looked like it was made yesterday. Customers waiting behind me while other employees just stood around staring at the floor, when they finally did help people they were very slow and no one smiled once, all employees were acting annoyed that people were coming in. Customer service skills are awful and no professionalism what so ever. This is the second time this has happened to me so I will NEVER buy anything from here again.

The BEST and FRESHEST donuts anywhere! The staff at this location can be hit or miss though and DO NOT use the drive thru unless you have LOTS and LOTS of free time on your hands. Kid-friendliness: They usually have some coloring pages and crayons available inside for kiddos. As well as paper Krispy Kreme hats! Also, kids and the young at heart alike can watch donuts on the conveyer line being made if you stop in at the right times throughout the day!

Dude. This place sucks. Sign on the door says “lobby closed. Short staffed”. Which is fine- so I went thru the drive through. Tell me why this guy lets me order TWICE before telling me they’re doing online orders only. Then I ask “do I just place an order while I’m sitting in the drive thru?” He said “You have to pull into a spot and order from your phone. It’ll take 15-20 minutes to come to our system”. I said “I have a coupon. No transaction involved, give me my donuts” and he said “nope”. The most condescending nope I’ve ever heard. I felt so small in that drive thru.

It's a great spot the staff stress me out always something going on register acting up they seem slow to get your order always have to wait even when there is zero customers other then yourself but it is good and I like the coffee why I come back it's a little stronger then Starbucks

Went to buy fresh donuts, didn't happen, girl at window said machine stopped cutting and she didn't realize it, so she had to give me donuts prepared earlier that morning, cold. The prices for donuts have doubled, tripled . I think I need to learn to cook myself.
