KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

So far I’d say I’ve been to this fine establishment well over 20 times with friends and family no issue whatsoever well besides one time but that was because they were super slammed and I understand how things can get busy ! What I can’t understand is when you get out on the waitlist at 8:31 pm , get a text message at 8:32 pm saying we have your reservation for 2 is confirmed and that the wait will be around 40 minutes ok no problem. A whole hour goes by and we enter the building to check the status and the girl at the front said we’ve been only waiting for 24 minutes … if you do the math like get on the list at 8:31 pm and don’t leave until 9:42 pm that’s more than 40 minutes according to my math! The manager tried to get us a table once they realized what had happened but after sitting waiting for an hour and some change we were over it , don’t know if the girl is new or not , perhaps she just forgot to send the the text saying the table is ready I don’t know ; I don’t fault kpot nor the staff really just like if you say around 40 minutes and the staff member says you’ve been waiting for only 24 minutes now that’s a problem but other than that still a good spot, still don’t see how this even happened though!!!

Today was my first time to this korean bbq and my server Roxane made my experience at kpot phenomenal as we ordered she explained to us the menu and suggested her favorite items, and prepared her favorite sauce, if your looking for a great experience KPOT is the way to go! IT IS KOREAN FOOD SERVED AT ITS BEST! will definitely be back (we traded in omart)

We came to try out their menu, we never had korean barbecue before, so it was interesting. The staff were friendly and super helpful. They answered all our questions on how to cook the BBQ properly and how to eat it. It was a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I recently had the most incredible dining experience thanks to our server, pheobe. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing. From her attentive service to her friendly demeanor, she truly made us feel valued as customers. If you're lucky enough to have Phoebe as your server, you're in for a treat!

This is our go to for all you can eat. The Korean BBQ is delicious and you have to get the Kpot house sauce it goes with everything. Always excellent service each time we visit.

Fun eating establishment where you cook your food choices at your table using a grill or hotpot. You have 2 hrs to eat all you want, but be aware they charge you extra for taking more than you can eat! Vegetarian options: Menu is heavily geared toward meat options. Kid-friendliness: I would not recommend this place for children due to the hot burners and grills at the table. Also, they would get impatient with the length of time for the meal.
