Louisiana born and raised but now Texas based! Kouzan’s Creole Kitchen is a black owned family, full food service provider with authentic Louisiana recipes and taste. From our top of the line, fun filled food trailer, to our full service catering, Kouzan’s covers all of your tasty needs. All of our dishes are made from our original recipes and take you straight down to the bayou!
