This business deserves a negative rating if possible. Despite specifically requesting nut-free cookies for our school event, they not only included pistachios but also displayed a shocking lack of awareness regarding food allergies. Their negligence resulted in a distressing and embarrassing situation at our school, as we couldn't distribute the cookies as planned. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this unprofessional establishment at all costs.
Have been coming here for 3 years and I love there goodies and the young woman there is so sweet and kind.!
Delicious and made the correct way
I wouldn't say I like to write anything negative about small business, but I did not have a good experience there. For a start, when I entered Kourosh’s bakery and told her I would like to buy some pastry to take with me to The United States, she made a comment that was not appropriate, and she started treating me as a money bag. In the end, she added $3.99 to my ticket, and that was marked as none taxable item. When I walked into Koroush’s bakery, it was like I walked into a disco. The music was deafening, and I had to speak loudly to converse with a salesperson and sometimes ask her to repeat what she said. At the same time, the whole time I was there, she was on speakerphone, and the phone was on the counter, and I heard the entire conversation between her and the other party she was talking to. She did not pay any attention to my request what I wanted and made a few mistakes, and because of that, I just bought one large box of pastries, one Sohan, and a couple of Aghaie Persian sweets plus $3.99 that I didn’t know what it was, and paid $99.50. From Koroush’s Bakery, I drove to Laleh Bakery and bought over 17kg of pastries, a couple of Sohans, and a few other things for just over $350. Laleh’s quality was outstanding and one of the best. Based on what Koroush Bakery charged me, if I wanted to buy what I bought from Laleh, I had to pay over $1000.
First bite out the custard donut was amazing. Highly suggest trying it out
