My absolute favorite place to eat in Victoria - delicious food, excellent service, and a quiet atmosphere. The Takoyaki is a fantastic way to start any dinner at Koto!

I've been several times and it's always a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the price is reasonable, and they take good care of my needs (celiac disease). I will definitely be back soon, and again after that. :) The best in the downtown! Vegetarian options: Great veggie sushi rolls.
