Fantastic place for the younger kids to play and let a bit of steam off, members of staff are friendly and polite, the place is clean and the food is great too, see you soon kooca!!

honestly stop and search at the door for food and drink that isn’t allowed in due to “ allergies “ yet sold on the premises however all I had was baby food pouches under my pram that he had set his eyes on, that I was going to feed my 10 month old to be told to put it in ice cream tubs at the door “ we serve food “ none that was suitable for my child at 10 months old. extremely rude manager who is not a people person happily walked straight back out “ thousands of customers every week visit “ with customer service like you have, it’s lies, avoid at all costs or you will have the same experience as me and many others

Never had a bad experience here. Always friendly, helpful, polite staff that go out of their way to make sure every visit is enjoyable. The whole place from the toilets, play area, tables etc are clean and regularly maintained by staff. Had two birthday parties here for my daughters in the past and both times were fabulous. Kids adored it including the food. Thankyou ❤️

We had my son's 5th birthday party at Kooca and it was a fantastic experience. The children had a wonderful time and some didn't want to leave at the end! It was really well organised and nothing was too much trouble for the team, so you didn't need to worry about a thing on the day. Thank you so much!

Wow where do I start my family has been going for years it's perfect we have done the special events I.e cinema night , barbie disco , Wednesday addams disco , Halloween party , birthday parties , christenings AND the best Is seeing santa getting a gift disco and a waffle tree and ice-cream on Christmas eve the owners make every visit as special as the first !!! Food is amazing!! Milkshakes are yum with plenty of choices Saftey first no escaping children as its keypad entry and always a member of staff out the front My son had his party here yesterday and all his friends loved it ... Best party experience to date thank you so much My son picked the design your own waffle and icecream all children got plenty of selections of toppings and sauces Thank you kooca team Ian and family you make everyone feel welcome Cheap entry amazing food security and excellent play area.

Very clean, nice and friendly, lots of rules and fuss on arrival which is a bit overwhelming but relaxing once in. Soft play was a little small for our 5 year old but perfect for our 4 and 2 year old! WORST THING was ALL food and drinks (even water) are served using disposable cups/bottles, plates and cutlery, so we personally wouldn't buy food or drinks here again with such little regard for the environment been given. This definitely reduces the pleasure of relaxing with a coffee while the kids play for us, hence 2 stars. Hot dog wasn't great (bread was very dry and left) but the other food was fine! If it wasn't for the waste and lack of lunch options I'd give 4 stars.

Just been to Kooca in Chesterfield with our 2 grandchildren. We have found this to be a really excellent experience. The attention to detail by the staff is first class. The soft play area is ideal for children, with separate play areas for tots. The owners have thought of everything. The food is delicious, especially the picnic platter for kids. Delicious sandwiches, healthy cucumber slices, fruit shoots and snacks. Ery reasonably priced too. We'll done Kooca, we will be back. Cannot praise you highly enough

First time visiting today, wanted to try somewhere new and not so local as we aren’t from Chesterfield. Food is not allowed to be brought in, I had a packet of wotsits for my little boy in my bag, I wasn’t going to open them necessarily but I like to take a little snack just in case. We were told they were not allowed and to put them in a box in the entrance. I refused and instead took them to my car. It felt too regimented. Shoes were under our table, with my bag, tucked away. I was told they needed to be put in a shoe holder. Again very regimented. I’ve read reviews wondering if this has been the same experience for others and have noticed others felt the same way as me. I’m not usually someone that complains but I was disappointed. I can’t see a genuine reply being given either, as I’ve noticed the owner copies and pastes their reply. There is not much for younger children around age 2 and below. Yes there is a designated area for under ones, but there is literally 2 or 3 things in there and hardly anything an under one year old could play with. Sorry to be honest, but it’s not somewhere we will return.

As a mum with a terrific toddler of two years old, I love this safe, and supporting, softplay centre on a regular basis - Thank you and please keep doing ewhat you do as it is keeps me and my little one smiling always =).

Not for younger children, has the designated areas are full of older children.. Expensive snacks and drinks.. Your not allowed to take your own. Just 2 small coffees over £6. Have to book online for the village area.. It was closed by let in a lady and her grandson.. Overheard the owner say yes its closed, but not for you. Wouldnt come back.. First time
