Our Mission Statement is simple: “Be Louisiana's Best Barbecue Restaurant”. We are committed to providing the highest quality products at the same price that other places are charging for lower quality cuts of meat. We use the best available brisket, fresh ribs, pork butt and sausages available. Using our “secret” rub, we marinate our ribs, brisket and pork then slow cook them till the meat will just melt in your mouth. Then we top it off with our Highly Rated sauce on the side
