Knoops

Been to other branches of Knoops so I was excited to try the Richmond branch. I was really disappointed by the service at the store. The red head girl gave attitude when being asked questions and seemed to be annoyed at us being there. She and her colleague were very cold and unwelcoming. It ruined the experience of being there as we came from quite far.

Second day in the row I’m trying to place order via Deliveroo and it seems mission impossible. Despite shop being open the option of ordering online isn’t available, there is no way to contact the shop as number provided on their website will take you straight to robotic answering machine and asks you to leave a message.Disappointing

Amazing hot chocolate. Warm on a cold gray day and perfectly created.

Friendly helpful staff. Lots of choices for hot chocolate. But the table wasn't clean. Maybe I should stick to the takeaway

I have recently visited two Knoops stores. The one at Kings Rd suprised me not only with the best mocha you can get but also a marvellous service from a cluster manager. Sweet experience!
