5.9% 10 IBUs Our take on a gose-style kettle sour, with additions of pink sea salt, and both cold and hot steepings of Nelson's Tea Watermelon Mint rooibos blend. Notes of mint and tropical fruit on the nose, sour and herbal, salty and refreshing.

6.2% ABV 55 IBU Our latest take on our clear, bitter IPA. Described by the originator as more West Coast than West Coast, this IPA is brewed with American pilsner and flaked rice. Hopped with Lotus, Apollo, and Motueka. It is fermented with lager yeast at ale temps. It is dry hopped at the tail end of fermentation to achieve some fruit forward bio tranfomation. 5% ABV, 25IBU. Just in time for Saint Patty’s Day, our take on the classic style. Brewed with Irish barley, Caramunich, Carafa 1, and rye. Hopped with Magnum & Saaz. Fermented with Whitelabs Irish Ale yeast. 5.5% ABV, 21 IBUs This delicate lager was mashed with German barley and toasted rice. Hopped with Magnum and Sorachi Ace, it pours pale gold with notes of lemon and green tea. Crispy, and crushable, with a clean bitterness and light malt richness

Imperial Schwarzbier 13oz Pour8.8% ABV, 30 IBUsTime for another chapter of "Things I said I would never brew." We took our Schwarzbier recipe and doubled it. Brewed with German Vienna, Caramunich, Carafa 1, and lots of rye. Hopped with Magnum and Saaz. Cold fermented, spunded, lagered for months. Aromas of dark chocolate and black coffee. Boozy and rich on the palette, with notes of toffee and and cafe mocha, finishes crisp and dry like a chocolate pilsner. Drinks dangerously easily for the proof.Check back in a year-ish for the barrel aged version. An incredible friend of the brewery donated a New Riff Rye single barrel pick and we thought this was the perfect beer to lager in it.

All proceeds will be donated to Damien Underground.The Underground is a program designed to serve BIPOC trans/non-binary/gender non-conforming Hoosiers between the ages of 18 and 34. They provide resources to the community such as: gender affirming care (HRT, WPATH letters, name changes, trans masc/fem kits), preventative care such as: testing (at home self-administered and in-house at Damien Center) along with housing and food resources. They also provide information at outreach events along with presentations on HIV and LGBTQ+ cultural competency.
