That vision was to provide people with both extraordinary food and exceptional service. Chef Dexter Smith graduated from The Chef’s Academy in 2012. Once he graduated from culinary school, he continued to perfect his craft and was mentored by various talented chefs over the course of a few years. During this time, both Dexter and Toni created an at home restaurant concept.
